The original branding is cold and forgettable. The department lacks consistency between the variety of sites, not creating a clear brand association.

The end result is a system that organizes the 431 sites the service oversees into three categories. Through duo-tone photographs and legible typography, a sense of trust, history, and importance is conveyed.
